Analytics. This site uses Plausible. It sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not follow you anywhere. It tells me how many people read a page and roughly where in the world they were. There is nothing here to opt out of, which is why you were not asked to dismiss a banner.

The dreamd tool itself sends nothing. No telemetry, no phone-home, no usage reporting, not even anonymous counters. Your memory files are plain JSONL in your own repo and they never leave your machine because of anything this project does. That is a design decision, not a policy, which means it cannot quietly change in a settings update; you would see it in the source.

What I hold. Your name, your work email address, your job title, your employer, and a short written note about that company taken from its public website or partner-directory listing.

Where I got it. Your company's own website or LinkedIn company page, and in some cases a vendor partner directory such as Retell AI's or n8n's. I did not buy a list, and I did not scrape or guess your address. If your address is not published somewhere by your own company, I do not have it.

Why I am allowed to. My legitimate interest in offering a business service to a business that plausibly needs it, balanced against your interest in not being bothered. That balance is why I keep the list under fifty companies, why I send at most one follow-up, and why every message is written for you specifically. If that balance ever tips, the answer is that I stop, not that I refine the argument.

How long. Until you tell me to stop, or twelve months after the last message with no reply, whichever comes first.

What you can do about it, and how fast. Reply to any email from me with "no thanks", "remove", "stop", or anything else that plainly means it. Recording your objection is same-day. You do not need to explain, use a particular word, or be polite about it.

Ask for deletion and I delete the lot: your record, your details, and the note I wrote about your company. I keep one thing: your email address, on a suppression list I check before every send. That is not a loophole, it is the only way to guarantee I never contact you again. Delete the address too and you would simply reappear in the same directory in three weeks and get the same email. If you would rather I kept nothing at all, say so and I will do that instead, and you should know it means I cannot promise you will not hear from me again.

You can also ask what I hold, ask me to correct it, or complain to your data protection regulator. In the UK that is the ICO.

If you are a dreamd.dev services client

What I hold. What you send me at intake: how your business runs, your tools, your team, your pains, your timelines. During a build I may also see your own clients' details inside your systems.

What I do with it. Build and support the thing you paid for. Nothing else.

What I never do with it. Your data never enters the demo workspace, and it never enters a product or template. Not anonymised, not "just the structure with the names changed". The demo runs on invented data about an invented agency for exactly this reason.

Genericization, and the line it does not cross. Beta clients agree that I may reuse the structure of what I build. That means the shape of a database, not a row in it. Your clients, projects, prices and documents are never part of that, and a case study quotes you only with your written permission and only numbers you gave me.

How long. For the engagement plus twelve months, so I can support you afterwards. Ask me to delete it sooner and I will.

Where it lives. Notion, on my workspace, until handoff transfers it to yours. Email on Fastmail. Payments through Stripe, who handle card details; I never see your card number.

All three groups

I do not sell your data. I do not share it with anyone except the services needed to actually run this: Notion, Fastmail, Stripe, Cal.com and Plausible.

Two different things share this domain, and you should know which is which. dreamd is an open-source memory layer for AI coding agents, free under Apache-2.0. dreamd.dev services is a consulting practice that builds Notion operations systems. Both are Botzr Corporation. Using the open-source tool does not put you on any list, and nothing about it feeds the consulting side.
